Shipping methods

Domestic orders:

  • Australia Post Standard or Couriers Please (3-9 business days) - $10 AUD
  • Australia Post Express (1-4 business days) - $12.50 AUD

International orders:

  • Australia Post International Standard  (6-27 business days) - $40 AUD
  • DHl Express (5-10 business days) - $75 AUD



Shipping Information

Important Notice:
Shipping costs do not include any customs duties or local taxes. Depending on your country’s import regulations, you may need to pay these charges upon your parcel’s arrival. Fees vary based on the total value of your order and the rules in your region.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow your shipment’s journey and estimate delivery time.
Please note that all delivery estimates begin once your order has left our warehouse. Transit times can be affected by factors such as weather, customs processing, and other unexpected delays.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Orders shipped within Australia are sent via Australia Post (AusPost).

  • Track your order using the AusPost app or sign up for MyPost, a free tool that lets you manage deliveries and shipping addresses.
  • The app is available for download on both iOS and Android devices.
  • For help with a delivery or to request changes to your shipping details after dispatch, please contact AusPost directly.

International Shipping (DHL Express)

All international orders are handled by DHL Express.

  • Once your parcel has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number.
  • If you're not available at the time of delivery, DHL will leave a notice with further instructions for redelivery.
  • You can track your order at any time through the DHL Tracking Portal.
