I've just placed an order; when can I expect to receive my items?
We strive to ship all orders placed before midday (AEST) on the same day. Your
selected shipping option will determine the delivery timeframe.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If you haven’t received this email, please get in touch with our customer support team
Orders within Australia are sent via Couriers Please or Australia Post. Tracking
information will be provided within one business day of your order leaving our
warehouse.
International orders are shipped using DHL Express. After your parcel is handed over to DHL, it becomes the responsibility of the courier.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes on top of my order?
As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes that may apply in the destination
country.
These charges may be required to release your order from customs upon arrival. NotBia is not liable for any such fees, nor for any issues arising if your parcel is held or seized by customs.
We strongly recommend reviewing the import regulations, duties, and tax policies of your destination country before placing an order.
If delivery is attempted but the parcel is not
collected and is returned to us, you will be responsible for covering the re-shipping costs and any applicable duties or fees for re-importing the item.
In cases where these charges exceed the value of the product, the package may
be forfeited.
What if an item has sold out in my size?
To be notified when an item is restocked, simply sign up for email alerts directly on the product page of the style you're interested
in.
Please note that, due to high demand, we cannot guarantee availability of specific sizes for exchange, and we’re unable to reserve items in advance.
Can I change my address after my order is placed?
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order, as missing or incorrect details may cause delays in dispatch and delivery.
If you've noticed an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. we’ll do our best to update the address before your order is sent out.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll need to reach out directly to the courier to request any changes or redirection.

Can I return a sale item?
There are no exchanges available on sale items. All sale items are sold as final sale

NotBia is not liable for missing parcels, including those sent to incorrect addresses.

How do I create a refund?
Email us at info@notbiaswim.com with your order number to initiate the
process.
When will I get my store credit?
Once your items are inspected by the returns team, you'll get your store credit
notification via email typically within 3 business days.
Does my store credit expire?
Store Credits and Gift Cards can be used at any time, these do not have an expiration
date.
Final Sale Policy.
Items purchased at a discounted price, including those marked as final sale or bought using a promo code, are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
We know purchasing final sale items can be a little uncertain — so if you're unsure about sizing, fit, or fabric, we encourage you
to reach out to our Customer Care team before placing your order. You can also
refer to our detailed size guide for extra guidance.
Please note: We are unable to make exceptions for returns due to sizing, fit, or fabric preferences on final sale items.
Damages and issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate
the issue and make it right.

How to care for your swimwear
To help preserve the quality and longevity of your swimwear, we recommend following these care guidelines:
- Gently hand wash your swimwear in cold, fresh water using a natural detergent possible after wear.
- Avoid machine washing and harsh detergents or bleach, as these can damage the delicate fabric.
- After rinsing, lay your swimwear flat or hang it in the shade to dry.
- Make sure your swimwear is completely dry before storing it.
Please Note:
- Prolonged exposure to sunscreen, tanning oils, chlorine, and magnesium-rich water may lead to fading or fabric damage.
- Avoid sitting or leaning on rough surfaces to prevent snagging or pulling.
